【摘要】：通過澆注具有不同厚度的階梯件,研究壁厚對蠕墨鑄鐵組織和性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:壁厚≤10 mm時,隨著壁厚的增加,蠕化率和伸長率增加,珠光體含量、抗拉強度和硬度急劇下降;壁厚10 mm時,蠕化率均大于85%,珠光體含量、抗拉強度、伸長率和硬度變化均趨于平緩。
