改善ZrCo儲氚合金抗歧化性能的研究綜述:晶體結構、放氫熱力學和歧化動力學

【摘要】:ZrCo合金由于優(yōu)異的儲氫性能以及安全特性,已被國際熱核實驗堆(ITER)研發(fā)團隊選取為用于氫同位素快速儲存與供給的重點備選材料。然而,由吸/放氫循環(huán)過程中發(fā)生的氫致歧化效應導致的儲氫性能嚴重衰減,成為了ZrCo合金推廣應用于氫同位素快速儲存與供給的最大障礙。因此,改善ZrCo合金的抗氫致歧化性能對其廣泛應用于氫同位素快速儲存與供給領域具有重要意義。本文介紹了ZrCo合金的儲氫性能和氫致歧化特性,綜述了元素替代(摻雜元素部分替代Zr或Co)改善ZrCo合金抗歧化性能的研究進展,并指出進一步改善ZrCo合金抗歧化性能的必要性及可能的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Due to its excellent hydrogen storage and safety properties, ZrCo alloy has been selected as a key candidate for rapid storage and supply of hydrogen isotopes by the research and development team of the International Thermonuclear Experimental reactor. The serious attenuation of hydrogen storage performance due to the hydrogen-induced disproportionation during the hydrogen absorption / desorption cycle has become the biggest obstacle for the rapid storage and supply of hydrogen isotopes in ZrCo alloys. It is of great significance to improve the hydrogen resistance of ZrCo alloy for its wide application in the field of rapid storage and supply of hydrogen isotopes. This paper introduces the hydrogen storage properties and hydrogen disproportionation properties of ZrCo alloys. In this paper, the research progress of element substitution (doping element partially replacing Zr or Co) to improve the antidisproportionation performance of ZrCo alloy is reviewed, and the necessity and the possible development direction of further improving the antidisproportionation property of ZrCo alloy are pointed out.
