基于界面算子-同倫法對有損耗的金屬光子晶體能帶結(jié)構(gòu)的分析

【摘要】:求解分析了有損耗情況下二維金屬光子晶體的能帶結(jié)構(gòu)。在無損耗自由電子模型下,利用界面算子法得到了橫磁模式和能帶結(jié)構(gòu)?紤]有損耗的Drude模型,并引入同倫法對本征頻帶進行修正,得到其相應(yīng)的虛部。結(jié)果表明,損耗在表面等離子體頻率處存在一個極大值;當(dāng)頻率改變時,損耗急劇減小,并隨著倒格矢量值的變化而改變。即使考慮金屬損耗,實部頻率變化不明顯。界面算子法與同倫法的結(jié)合為金屬光子晶體的研究提供了較好的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:The energy band structure of two-dimensional metal photonic crystal with loss is solved and analyzed. In the lossless free electron model, the transverse magnetic mode and the band structure are obtained by using the interface operator method. The Drude model with loss is considered. The homotopy method is introduced to modify the intrinsic band, and the corresponding imaginary part is obtained. The results show that there is a maximum at the frequency of the surface plasma, and when the frequency changes, the loss decreases sharply. Even when the metal loss is considered, the real part frequency change is not obvious. The combination of the interface operator method and the homotopy method provides a good technical support for the study of metal photonic crystals.
