【摘要】:在不同合金化溫度和時(shí)間下在H_220BD烘烤硬化鋼表面制備了熱鍍鋅合金化鍍層,研究了鍍層的形貌、化學(xué)成分與抗粉化性能.結(jié)果表明:隨著合金化溫度的升高、合金化時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),鍍層與鋼基體之間的鋅鐵互擴(kuò)散變充分,鐵鋅合金相逐漸生成且向鍍層表面生長(zhǎng),其形態(tài)由條柱狀逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧?xì)小顆粒狀,鍍層的平均鐵含量與粉化量增加;當(dāng)合金化溫度為480℃、合金化時(shí)間為25 s時(shí),鍍層性能較佳,鐵鋅合金相呈細(xì)小顆粒狀,鍍層粉化量較小.
[Abstract]:The hot-dip galvanizing alloying coating was prepared on H220BD baking hardening steel surface at different alloying temperature and time. The morphology, chemical composition and powdering resistance of the coating were studied. The results showed that: with the increase of alloying temperature, With the prolongation of alloying time, the Zn / Fe interdiffusion between the coating and the steel substrate becomes sufficient, the Fe-Zn alloy phase is gradually formed and grows to the surface of the coating, and the shape of the alloy changes from the columnar to the fine granular.
