【摘要】:針對低壓鑄造加工全封閉式組合電器鋁合金罐體產(chǎn)品合格率低的問題,通過ProCAST軟件對原鑄造工藝進(jìn)行模擬。通過對比試驗(yàn),并結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際,確定優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù),并對鑄件形狀及澆注系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),消除了鑄件缺陷。研究表明,澆注溫度為700℃、充型壓力為54kPa、模具預(yù)熱溫度為300℃時,對鑄件下半部外側(cè)壁厚增大1.5mm,形成適當(dāng)厚度梯度,并將原澆注系統(tǒng)內(nèi)澆道寬度增加7mm,可以消除鑄件缺陷,提高鑄件品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of low qualified rate of aluminum alloy tank in low pressure casting process, the original casting process was simulated by ProCAST software.
