【摘要】:基于某汽車公司提出的曲面焊接設(shè)計(jì)需求,研究了變形對(duì)焊接組織的影響。選用熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊在奧氏體不銹鋼304L的T型接頭和變形鋼板上焊接,尋求合理的變形后焊接參數(shù)并觀察變形對(duì)焊接組織的影響。得到合理焊接參數(shù)為焊槍速率4mm/s,送絲速率2.5m/min,電壓1 7V。在T型和變形后焊接中,焊趾分別處于應(yīng)變?yōu)?%,30%的區(qū)域,觀察到變形后焊接件中熔化區(qū)和部分熔化區(qū)范圍減小,焊接接頭碳化物沉積和晶間鐵素體數(shù)量減小。304L變形后焊接獲得了更為均勻的接頭組織。
[Abstract]:Based on the design requirements of curved surface welding proposed by an automobile company, the effect of deformation on the welding microstructure was studied. The welding of austenitic stainless steel 304L T-joint and deformed steel plate was carried out by using gas shielded electrode welding. To find out reasonable welding parameters after deformation and to observe the effect of deformation on welding microstructure, the reasonable welding parameters are obtained as follows: welding torch rate 4 mm / s, wire feeding rate 2.5 m / min, voltage 17 V. in T type and after deformation welding, the welding toe is in the region of 0% strain, 30% strain, respectively. It was observed that the range of melting zone and partial melting zone decreased, the carbide deposition of welded joint and the number of intergranular ferrite decreased after deformation. A more uniform joint structure was obtained after deformation.
