激光增材制造H13鋼及回火處理的組織和性能

【摘要】:利用激光增材制造技術(shù)成功制備了H13鋼,并研究了回火處理對(duì)其顯微組織和性能的影響。通過(guò)光學(xué)顯微鏡、SEM以及XRD衍射儀對(duì)各試樣進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,激光增材制造H13鋼顯微組織主要為馬氏體、殘余奧氏體以及細(xì)小碳化物,回火處理使得馬氏體向回火馬氏體轉(zhuǎn)變,同時(shí)有細(xì)小合金碳化物析出。當(dāng)回火溫度超過(guò)550℃時(shí),碳化物開始粗化。隨回火溫度升高,顯微硬度呈先升后降的趨勢(shì)。550℃回火后,試樣硬度達(dá)到峰值600 HV_(0.3)。摩擦磨損測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,不同處理狀態(tài)下各試樣主要以粘著磨損為主,同時(shí)包含輕微氧化磨損。與沉積態(tài)試樣相比,550℃回火后,試樣耐磨性提高了2倍;650℃回火2 h后,由于基體軟化,試樣的耐磨性能最差。拉伸測(cè)試表明,當(dāng)回火溫度低于550℃時(shí),斷口主要以解理斷裂為主,550℃回火時(shí)抗拉強(qiáng)度最大,為1 928.2 MPa,延伸率為6.4%;當(dāng)回火溫度升高到600~650℃時(shí),斷口呈現(xiàn)出韌性斷裂,抗拉強(qiáng)度降低,延伸率增大。
[Abstract]:H13 steel was successfully prepared by laser material augmentation technology, and the effect of tempering treatment on microstructure and properties of H13 steel was studied. The samples were analyzed by optical microscope and XRD diffractometer. The microstructure of H13 steel is mainly martensite, residual austenite and fine carbides. The tempering treatment results in the transformation of martensite to tempered martensite and the precipitation of fine alloy carbides. Carbides began to coarsening.
