等效電阻模糊熵雙絲PMIG焊穩(wěn)定性評價方法

【摘要】:文中將基于模糊隸屬度函數(shù)的模糊熵應用于鋁合金雙絲PMIG(pulse metal inert gas,PMIG)焊接過程穩(wěn)定性和質(zhì)量的評價,提出焊接電弧等效電阻模糊熵的概念.模糊熵具有對數(shù)據(jù)長度和相似容限r(nóng)值的依賴性小、相對一致性好、抗噪性強等特點,適用于存在強干擾的焊接過程參數(shù)分析.采用相同的電流電壓參數(shù)改變其它條件對3A21鋁合金進行了一系列雙絲PMIG焊接試驗研究,并計算其等效電阻模糊熵值.結(jié)果表明,焊接過程越不穩(wěn)定等效電阻的模糊熵值越大,且對穩(wěn)定性的區(qū)分度較大,為鋁合金雙絲PMIG焊接過程穩(wěn)定性和質(zhì)量評價提供了新的方法.
[Abstract]:In this paper, fuzzy entropy based on fuzzy membership function is applied to evaluate the stability and quality of aluminum alloy double-wire PMIG(pulse metal inert gas mix welding process. The concept of equivalent resistance fuzzy entropy of welding arc is put forward. The fuzzy entropy has the characteristics of little dependence on data length and similar tolerance r value, good relative consistency, strong noise resistance, etc. It is suitable for the analysis of welding process parameters with strong interference. A series of double-wire PMIG welding experiments were carried out on 3A21 aluminum alloy by changing other conditions with the same current and voltage parameters, and its equivalent resistance fuzzy entropy value was calculated. The results show that, The fuzzy entropy value of the unstable equivalent resistance in the welding process is larger, and the stability is more distinguished, which provides a new method for evaluating the stability and quality of aluminum alloy double-wire PMIG welding process.
