基于小樣本數(shù)據(jù)的構(gòu)件疲勞破壞全壽命區(qū)S—N曲線(xiàn)

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)S—N曲線(xiàn)在構(gòu)件疲勞破壞全壽命區(qū)適用性不強(qiáng)的問(wèn)題,采用單點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)法對(duì)閃光對(duì)焊連接的HRB400高強(qiáng)鋼筋標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試件進(jìn)行高周疲勞試驗(yàn),得到一系列小樣本數(shù)據(jù);然后基于小樣本數(shù)據(jù)研究并提出適用于構(gòu)件疲勞破壞全壽命區(qū)的雙對(duì)數(shù)雙折線(xiàn)S—N曲線(xiàn)。利用提出的改進(jìn)肖維奈準(zhǔn)則對(duì)第1段折線(xiàn)的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行取舍,然后根據(jù)一元線(xiàn)性回歸原理得到第1段折線(xiàn)的方程;基于三參數(shù)冪函數(shù)曲線(xiàn)得到第2段折線(xiàn)的斜率和升降法確定的疲勞強(qiáng)度,求得第2段折線(xiàn)的方程;將2段折線(xiàn)方程聯(lián)立,得到適用于構(gòu)件疲勞破壞全壽命區(qū)的雙對(duì)數(shù)雙折線(xiàn)S—N方程。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步研究并提出考慮置信度和可靠度條件下適用于構(gòu)件疲勞破壞全壽命區(qū)的雙對(duì)數(shù)雙折線(xiàn)S—N曲線(xiàn)的計(jì)算方法。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the traditional S-N curve is not suitable for the whole life zone of fatigue failure of members, a series of small sample data are obtained by using the single point test method to carry out high cycle fatigue test on the standard specimen of HRB400 high strength steel bar connected by flash butt welding. Then, based on the small sample data, a double logarithmic double-fold S-N curve suitable for the fatigue failure life zone of the member is proposed. The test data of the first segment of the broken line are selected by using the improved Shawenet criterion. Then, according to the linear regression principle of one variable, the equation of the first broken line is obtained; the slope of the second segment and the fatigue strength determined by the ascending and descending method are obtained on the basis of the three parameter power function curve; the equation of the second segment broken line is obtained; A double logarithmic double broken line S-N equation is obtained for the fatigue failure zone of a member. The calculation method of double logarithmic double fold S-N curve which is suitable for the fatigue life zone of members under the condition of confidence and reliability is further studied and proposed.
