基于粒子群算法的齒環(huán)精鍛成形工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為提高同步器齒環(huán)熱精鍛成形的材料利用率,以初始溫度、壓制速度、摩擦系數(shù)、坯料內(nèi)徑和坯料高度作為設(shè)計(jì)變量,以充填性、成形缺陷和材料利用率3個(gè)指標(biāo)的綜合加權(quán)評(píng)分值作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),建立工藝參數(shù)與綜合加權(quán)評(píng)分值的Kriging模型。應(yīng)用Kriging模型結(jié)合粒子群算法,在可行變量空間內(nèi)尋優(yōu),得到最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)組合為:T=697.5℃,v=190 mm·s-1,m=0.43,d=62.75 mm,h=12.5 mm。采用最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)組合進(jìn)行工藝實(shí)驗(yàn),鍛件充填飽滿,未見(jiàn)折疊缺陷,材料利用率提高至60.52%,為同類型的薄壁環(huán)型類鍛件工藝參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)及優(yōu)化提供了定量的確定方法和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the material utilization rate of hot precision forging of synchronizer ring, the initial temperature, pressing speed, friction coefficient, inner diameter of blank and height of blank are used as design variables to fill. The Kriging model of the process parameters and the comprehensive weighted scoring values is established by using the synthetic weighted scoring values of the three indexes of forming defects and material utilization as the optimization objective. The Kriging model combined with particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to find the optimum in the feasible variable space.
