【摘要】：介紹了雙管道汽車空調(diào)集液管卷圓成形的新工藝,并成功用于生產(chǎn),克服傳統(tǒng)卷圓成形工藝的局限,實現(xiàn)板料卷圓一體化成形,縮短生產(chǎn)周期、降低生產(chǎn)成本且成形制件質(zhì)量良好�？蔀橥愔萍某尚翁峁﹨⒖�。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a new forming process of the liquid collecting tube coils for double pipeline automobile air conditioners, and successfully applies it to production, overcomes the limitation of the traditional coiling forming process, realizes the integrated forming of sheet metal coils, and shortens the production cycle. Reduce production cost and good quality of forming parts, which can provide reference for the forming of similar parts.
