Mg-Al-Zn-Mn系鑄造鎂合金熱處理后的組織和性能研究

【摘要】:本文將對(duì)一種Mg-Al-Zn-Mn系鎂合金進(jìn)行熱處理實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行這種合金的組織和性能關(guān)系研究,通過(guò)對(duì)這種鎂合金熱處理后產(chǎn)生的最優(yōu)化成分進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),體現(xiàn)為選擇Mg-8Al-0.5Zn-0.2Mn的成分含量時(shí)候,這種合金的性能將達(dá)到最優(yōu)的情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)中利用T6工藝進(jìn)行熱處理,抗拉強(qiáng)度為270MPa,屈服強(qiáng)度數(shù)值160MPa,可以達(dá)到的伸長(zhǎng)率高達(dá)3.78%。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a kind of magnesium alloy based on Mg-Al-Zn-Mn is studied by heat treatment. The relationship between microstructure and properties of the alloy is studied, and the optimum composition of the alloy after heat treatment is analyzed. When the composition content of Mg-8Al-0.5Zn-0.2Mn is selected, the properties of the alloy will reach the optimum condition. In the experiment, the tensile strength is 270 MPA and the yield strength value is 160 MPA, and the elongation of the alloy is as high as 3.78 when the T6 process is used to heat treat the alloy with tensile strength of 270 MPA and yield strength value of 160 MPA.
