徑向間隙對(duì)304L不銹鋼振動(dòng)疲勞性能的影響

【摘要】:基于疲勞試驗(yàn)和有限元分析,研究徑向間隙對(duì)插套焊疲勞性能的影響.疲勞試驗(yàn)表明,應(yīng)力比較大時(shí),試樣易在焊趾處失效,焊趾處裂紋由外向內(nèi)擴(kuò)展;應(yīng)力比較小時(shí),易在焊根處失效,焊根處裂紋由內(nèi)向外擴(kuò)展.未失效試樣徑向間隙高于失效試樣.利用有限元軟件建立了插套焊有限元模型,分析了徑向間隙對(duì)焊根和焊點(diǎn)處疲勞性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,相對(duì)于0.1 mm的徑向間隙,0.4 mm徑向間隙能降低焊根和焊趾處的應(yīng)力,降低幅度分別為14%和1.4%,徑向間隙越大,焊根和焊趾處的應(yīng)力峰值越小,疲勞性能越好.
[Abstract]:Fatigue test and finite element analysis based on the influence of radial clearance on the socket weld fatigue performance. The fatigue test shows that the stress is relatively large, easy to sample at the weld toe failure, weld toe crack propagation from the outside to the inside; the stress is small, easy to failure in root, root of weld crack from the inside out. Failure sample radial clearance than failure specimens. Finite element software was used to establish the sleeve welding finite element model, analyzes the influence of fatigue performance of radial gap welding root and solder joints. The results showed that compared with the radial clearance of 0.1 mm, 0.4 mm radial clearance can reduce the stress of the weld root and the weld toe the lower rates are 14% and 1.4%, the radial clearance increases, the weld root and the weld toe of the peak stress is smaller, fatigue performance will be better.
