基于定位法線的工件自由度分析幾何定理及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:工件在異面組合定位時(shí),各定位點(diǎn)常分布在非正交的異面上,用傳統(tǒng)的定位原理時(shí)常會誤判工件在夾具中的自由度而導(dǎo)致夾具設(shè)計(jì)失敗。針對這一問題,將工件在夾具定位點(diǎn)處的法線命名為定位法線,根據(jù)定位法線的數(shù)量及其幾何關(guān)系推導(dǎo)出一組判斷工件自由度的幾何定理,并對工件過定位時(shí)所對應(yīng)的法線分布情況給出判斷準(zhǔn)則,使工件自由度的判斷方法更加嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、簡單、直觀,同時(shí)可有效避免工件產(chǎn)生過定位。例舉幾個(gè)疑難實(shí)例,用幾何定理判斷工件的自由度,并對不合理的定位給出解決方案,證明了幾何定理可以快捷準(zhǔn)確地判斷工件在復(fù)雜定位狀態(tài)的自由度。工件定位的幾何定理發(fā)展與完善了工件的定位理論,有利于計(jì)算機(jī)輔助夾具設(shè)計(jì)中對工件自由度的正確判斷。
[Abstract]:When the workpiece is located in the cross-plane combination, the positioning points are often distributed on the non-orthogonal heterotope, and the traditional positioning principle will often misjudge the degree of freedom of the workpiece in the fixture, which leads to the failure of the fixture design. The normal line of the workpiece at the fixture location point is named as the location normal line, and a set of geometric theorems for judging the degree of freedom of the workpiece are derived according to the number of the locating normal lines and their geometric relations. The rule of normal distribution is given, which makes the judgment method of degree of freedom of workpiece more rigorous, simple and intuitionistic. At the same time, it can effectively avoid the over-positioning of workpiece. Give some difficult examples, judge the degree of freedom of workpiece by geometric theorem, and give the solution to the unreasonable location. It is proved that the geometric theorem can quickly and accurately judge the degree of freedom of the workpiece in the complex position state, and the geometric theorem of the workpiece localization develops and perfects the localization theory of the workpiece. It is helpful to judge the degree of freedom of workpiece in CAD.
