高氮不銹軸承鋼碳化物演變規(guī)律及球化機(jī)制

【摘要】:采用SEM和TEM研究不同保溫溫度及時(shí)間下高氮不銹軸承鋼中碳化物的演變規(guī)律,并對(duì)碳化物變化進(jìn)行表征及分析。結(jié)果表明:預(yù)備組織中碳化物主要沿晶界分布,尺寸主要集中在0.4~0.8μm。在600、700和750℃保溫時(shí),碳化物的視場(chǎng)面積個(gè)數(shù)逐漸減少而視場(chǎng)面積分?jǐn)?shù)逐漸增加。低于800℃保溫時(shí),少量碳化物沿晶界析出;高于800℃保溫時(shí),碳化物沿晶界和位錯(cuò)析出,并有少量Cr_2N析出。900℃保溫時(shí),碳化物的視場(chǎng)面積個(gè)數(shù)和視場(chǎng)面積分?jǐn)?shù)減少,碳化物形成元素回溶到基體中。低于750℃保溫過(guò)程中,鋼中碳化物發(fā)生粗化臨界尺寸為0.8μm,長(zhǎng)棒狀碳化物以自身球化的方式球化長(zhǎng)大,碳化物圓整度頻數(shù)最大值由0.65增加到0.80。鋼中碳化物在700℃保溫10 h時(shí)球化效果較明顯。
[Abstract]:The evolution of carbides in high nitrogen stainless bearing steel at different holding temperature and time was studied by SEM and TEM. The changes of carbides were characterized and analyzed. The results showed that the carbides were mainly distributed along grain boundaries, and the size of carbides mainly concentrated at 0.4 渭 m.
