42CrMo鋼軋制工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:針對某軋鋼廠生產(chǎn)的Φ100 mm以下規(guī)格42Cr Mo鋼熱軋態(tài)硬度超標(biāo)現(xiàn)象,研究了常規(guī)軋制工藝和控軋控冷工藝,分析了不同工藝參數(shù)對42Cr Mo鋼金相組織與硬度的影響。通過優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù),將終軋溫度控制在830~850℃,軋后保溫罩冷卻速率控制在0.1~0.2℃·s-1,出保溫罩溫度控制在400~500℃。結(jié)果表明:采用常規(guī)軋制工藝,42Cr Mo鋼的硬度值普遍在290~330 HBW之間,金相組織主要為貝氏體;采用控軋控冷工藝,42Cr Mo鋼的硬度值可控制在220~260 HBW之間,金相組織為鐵素體與珠光體;通過優(yōu)化在線軋制工藝參數(shù),42Cr Mo鋼熱軋態(tài)硬度滿足了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,提高了鋼材的市場競爭力。
