船用柴油機(jī)缸蓋鑄態(tài)和熱處理態(tài)的殘余應(yīng)力研究

【摘要】:介紹了小孔法測量鑄件殘余應(yīng)力的基本原理和主要步驟,比較了某型柴油機(jī)缸蓋經(jīng)過去應(yīng)力熱處理退火和鑄態(tài)噴丸處理2種不同工藝方法后的殘余應(yīng)力。結(jié)果表明:在呋喃樹脂砂生產(chǎn)條件下,鑄件澆注后開箱溫度控制在200℃以下,丸?刂圃0.5~1.5 mm,噴丸時間在20~30 min的鑄態(tài)缸蓋的殘余應(yīng)力,可以達(dá)到在電爐中對缸蓋進(jìn)行去應(yīng)力退火相同的效果。同時通過比對專用技術(shù)文件的要求:如果鑄件通過在砂型中受控冷卻后符合允許最大殘余應(yīng)力值,則去應(yīng)力熱處理可省略,這樣就可以縮短生產(chǎn)周期,節(jié)約能源,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效率。
[Abstract]:The basic principle and main steps of measuring residual stress of castings by small hole method are introduced. The residual stress of cylinder head of a diesel engine after annealing and shot peening are compared. The results show that the residual stress of the cylinder head of a diesel engine is produced under the condition of furan resin sand production.
