基于超細晶硬質合金鉆頭的AFRP鉆削性能

【摘要】:采用超細晶硬質合金鉆頭開展了芳綸纖維增強樹脂基復合材料(Aramid Fiber Reinforce Polymer Composites,AFRP)的鉆削實驗,從鉆削力、鉆削溫度、制孔質量、刀具磨損等方面對比分析了超細晶硬質合金鉆頭與普通硬質合金鉆頭的鉆削性能。實驗結果表明:芳綸纖維增強樹脂基復合材料鉆削過程中,鉆削力隨進給速度的增大而增大,隨主軸轉速的增大而減小,超細晶硬質合金鉆頭的鉆削力比普通硬質合金鉆頭降低了40.6%以上;鉆削溫度隨進給速度的增大而減小,隨主軸轉速的增大而增大,相對普通硬質合金鉆頭,采用超細晶硬質合金鉆頭的鉆削溫度降低了47~85℃;超細晶硬質合金鉆頭鉆削產生的拉毛和熱損傷明顯少于普通硬質合金鉆頭;經過長時間的鉆削,普通硬質合金鉆頭的jk刃和主切削刃出現(xiàn)了崩刃,后刀面出現(xiàn)了嚴重的磨料磨損;而超細晶硬質合金鉆頭由于高硬度和高耐磨性等特性,刀具的磨損相對較小,適合于芳綸纖維增強樹脂基復合材料的高效低損傷加工。
[Abstract]:The ultrafine cemented carbide drill was carried out based on aramid fiber reinforced resin composite (Aramid Fiber Reinforce Polymer Composites, AFRP) of the drilling experiment, the drilling force, drilling temperature, drilling quality, tool wear and other aspects of a comparative analysis of ultra-fine grain cemented carbide drill with ordinary carbide drill drilling performance experimental results show that the aramid fiber reinforced resin matrix composite drilling process, drilling and cutting force increases with feed speed increases, decreases with the increase of spindle speed, ultrafine cemented carbide drill bit drilling force ordinary carbide drill is reduced by more than 40.6%; increasing the cutting temperature with drill feed speed decreases, increases with increasing spindle speed, relatively common cemented carbide drill, the ultrafine cemented carbide drill bit drilling temperature reduced 47~85 DEG C; ultrafine cemented carbide drill drilling production Galling and thermal damage is obviously less than that of common cemented carbide drill; after a long time of drilling, ordinary carbide drill JK edge and main cutting edge chipping appeared, flank wear abrasive appeared serious; and the ultrafine cemented carbide drill bit due to the characteristics of high hardness and high wear resistance, less wear of tool the aramid fiber reinforced for machining of composites.
