【摘要】：正近日,包頭稀土研究院中試基地稀土鎂合金中試線完成鎂合金半連續(xù)熔鑄系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試生產(chǎn),制備出鐖300mm×4000 mm的鎂合金棒材。對(duì)其機(jī)械加工后進(jìn)行的超聲無(wú)損檢測(cè)顯示,合金鑄棒無(wú)鑄造缺陷,符合對(duì)應(yīng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求,下一步將進(jìn)行大尺寸稀土鎂合金棒材的產(chǎn)業(yè)化制備工藝開(kāi)發(fā)。鎂合金半連續(xù)鑄造技術(shù)是將鎂合金液經(jīng)過(guò)結(jié)晶器凝結(jié)成殼后從下方拉出噴水冷卻成具有一定斷面形狀和一定長(zhǎng)度的鑄坯的過(guò)程。半連續(xù)鑄造生產(chǎn)的錠坯具有晶粒細(xì)小、
[Abstract]:Recently, Baotou rare Earth Research Institute pilot-scale base rare earth magnesium alloy pilot line completed magnesium alloy semi-continuous casting system commissioning and production. Magnesium alloy bars of 300mm 脳 4000mm were prepared.
