非PVC多層共擠膜輸液用袋焊接工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:非PVC多層共擠膜輸液用袋(簡(jiǎn)稱非PVC軟袋)是目前大輸液最新式的包裝形式,因該輸液采用全封閉輸液系統(tǒng),僅利用外界大氣壓縮袋體即可順利滴注和加壓輸液,排除了空氣污染和空氣栓塞的危險(xiǎn),是最健康的輸液包裝形式之一。目前市面上的非PVC軟袋輸液產(chǎn)品雖都符合國(guó)家質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但部分產(chǎn)品在裝卸及來回搬運(yùn)過程中易出現(xiàn)漏液情況,這是產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)面臨的大難題。這主要是因?yàn)榉荘VC軟袋是由非PVC多層共擠膜、聚丙烯接口及聚丙烯組合蓋通過高溫焊接制成,而部分產(chǎn)品焊接部位較脆弱,在裝卸和搬運(yùn)過程中斷裂造成漏液。而且目前生產(chǎn)非PVC軟袋的物料廠家眾多,在使用不同的物料時(shí)沒有明確的工藝參數(shù),僅是靠生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)來保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。非PVC軟袋是由全自動(dòng)制袋灌封機(jī)生產(chǎn)出來的。設(shè)備工位包括接口預(yù)熱、周邊熱合、接口焊接、口蓋焊接等。本課題主要是根據(jù)使用不同廠家的物料調(diào)整焊接模具并制定明確的焊接參數(shù),從而對(duì)焊接工藝進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,提高產(chǎn)品焊接質(zhì)量。本課題在接口預(yù)熱工位、周邊熱合工位、接口焊接工位及口蓋焊接工位先是明確了模具的組裝及調(diào)整的要求,再是對(duì)各個(gè)工位的焊接標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行明確,最后針對(duì)不同廠家的物料在各個(gè)工位時(shí)對(duì)不同的焊接溫度進(jìn)行效果試驗(yàn),最終確定在使用各個(gè)廠家物料時(shí)在各個(gè)工位的最佳焊接參數(shù),從而指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)操作。優(yōu)化焊接工藝后,使用優(yōu)化后的工藝生產(chǎn)三批產(chǎn)品,檢測(cè)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)并與優(yōu)化前的三批產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行對(duì)比,確認(rèn)優(yōu)化后的工藝切實(shí)可行且達(dá)到優(yōu)化目的。
[Abstract]:Non-#en0# multi-layer coextrusion film infusion bag (referred to as non-#en1# soft bag) is the most new packing form of large infusion at present, because the infusion adopts the completely closed infusion system. Only the external air compression bag can be smoothly dripped and pressurized to remove the danger of air pollution and air embolism. It is one of the healthiest transfusion packaging forms. Although the non-#en0# soft bag infusion products on the market meet the national quality standards, some of the products are prone to leakage during loading and unloading and back and forth handling. This is a major problem faced by product manufacturers. This is mainly due to the fact that non-#en0# soft bags are made from non-#en1# multilayer co-extrusion films, polypropylene interfaces and polypropylene composite covers are welded at high temperature. Some of the welding parts are fragile, and the breakage in the loading and unloading and handling process leads to leakage. And at present, there are many manufacturers of non-#en0# soft bags, there are no clear process parameters when using different materials. The non-PVC soft bag is produced by the automatic bag filling and sealing machine. The equipment position includes interface preheating, peripheral heating, interface welding. This topic is based on the use of different manufacturers of materials to adjust the welding die and make clear welding parameters, so as to optimize the welding process. Improve the quality of product welding. This topic in the interface preheating station, peripheral thermal station, interface welding station and mouth cover welding station first clear the mold assembly and adjustment requirements. Then the welding standard of each station is clear, and finally the effect test of different welding temperature is carried out according to the materials of different manufacturers in each station. Finally determine the best welding parameters in each station when using the materials of each manufacturer, so as to guide the production operation. After optimizing the welding process, use the optimized process to produce three batches of products. The indexes were tested and compared with the three batches of products before optimization, and the optimized process was confirmed to be feasible and to achieve the purpose of optimization.
