冶煉關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對(duì)于IF鋼軋材夾雜缺陷的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)邯鋼IF鋼冶煉過(guò)程,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件SPSS中邏輯回歸分析、相關(guān)性統(tǒng)計(jì)、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法,研究了冶煉過(guò)程中關(guān)鍵參數(shù)和軋材夾雜缺陷之間的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系以及參數(shù)間的相關(guān)性.結(jié)果表明:在IF鋼冶煉過(guò)程中將轉(zhuǎn)爐終點(diǎn)溫度控制在1695~1700℃之間,吹氧量控制在250 m~3以下,靜置時(shí)間控制在30~40 min之間,加鋁前氧位不超過(guò)3.9×10~(-4)時(shí),IF鋼軋材出現(xiàn)夾雜缺陷的機(jī)率減少.由此對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提出了改善措施,結(jié)果表明以上優(yōu)化措施可以減少I(mǎi)F鋼軋材中夾雜缺陷的產(chǎn)生.
