【摘要】:采用兩階段控軋控冷技術(shù)制備出了800 MPa級(jí)貝氏體鋼,并通過(guò)光學(xué)顯微鏡、透射電鏡及硬度檢測(cè),對(duì)所獲貝氏體組織的熱穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了定性研究,觀察了試驗(yàn)鋼焊接后的接頭組織。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在A1溫度以下長(zhǎng)時(shí)間保溫過(guò)程中,實(shí)驗(yàn)用鋼的貝氏體組織演化緩慢,表現(xiàn)出了良好的熱穩(wěn)定性。700℃等溫20 h后才能形成大量的等軸鐵素體,導(dǎo)致硬度值顯著降低。此時(shí),在透射電鏡下可以觀察到貝氏體板條束逐漸合并,內(nèi)部位錯(cuò)密度也顯著降低。試驗(yàn)鋼焊接接頭組織的觀察則顯示焊接熱影響寬度較小,且晶粒粗化不明顯。分析認(rèn)為此類貝氏體組織的熱穩(wěn)定性與析出相粒子對(duì)位錯(cuò)的釘扎作用密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The 800 MPa bainite steel was prepared by two-stage controlled rolling and cooling control technique. The thermal stability of the obtained bainite structure was qualitatively studied by optical microscope, transmission electron microscope and hardness test. The microstructure of the welded joints of the test steel was observed. The results showed that the bainite microstructure of the experimental steel evolved slowly during the long time heat preservation process below A1 temperature.
