【摘要】:作為6XXX鋁合金熱處理工藝的一部分,固溶處理與時效處理對6016鋁合金的力學(xué)性能有顯著影響.本文把固溶溫度、時間和時效溫度、時間作為設(shè)計變量,應(yīng)用中心組合實驗設(shè)計法設(shè)計固溶-時效實驗方案,在室溫下分別測出試樣的屈服強度、伸長率和維氏硬度.第二代非支配排序遺傳算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)解決了第一代算法參數(shù)選取難、運行效率低等缺點.本文用第二代非支配排序遺傳算法把得到的響應(yīng)面方程作為目標(biāo)函數(shù)進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,經(jīng)過計算后獲得非劣解,從中可篩選出使目標(biāo)函數(shù)較好的解與相對的固溶-時效工藝參數(shù).
[Abstract]:As part of the heat treatment process of 6XXX aluminum alloy, the mechanical properties of 6016 aluminum alloy were significantly affected by solid solution treatment and aging treatment. In this paper, the solution temperature, time and aging temperature of 6016 aluminum alloy were studied. Time is taken as the design variable, and the experimental scheme of solid solution-aging is designed by using the central combination experimental design method.
