【摘要】:將25Mn V石油套管用鋼通過直接淬水與水冷→空冷→水冷的雙介質(zhì)淬火冷卻工藝分別處理成全馬氏體組織與下貝氏體/馬氏體復(fù)相組織,對(duì)比研究了不同淬火工藝下的微觀組織特征及回火工藝參數(shù)對(duì)試驗(yàn)鋼強(qiáng)韌性的影響。結(jié)果表明:雙介質(zhì)淬火所得下貝氏體/馬氏體復(fù)相組織具有明顯的強(qiáng)韌化效果,可以降低應(yīng)力集中,有利于材料韌性的改善和阻止微裂紋的產(chǎn)生與擴(kuò)展;力學(xué)性能測(cè)試表明,試驗(yàn)鋼大約在400℃左右出現(xiàn)韌性低谷,呈現(xiàn)出低溫回火脆性的特征,因此,該復(fù)相組織適合于在高溫回火狀態(tài)下使用,此時(shí)復(fù)相組織提高材料韌性的作用更為顯著。
[Abstract]:Direct quenching and Water cooling of 25mn V Steel for Petroleum casing. 鈫扐ir cooling. 鈫扵he water-cooled double medium quenching cooling process is used to deal with the microstructure of complete martensite and lower bainite / martensite respectively. The effects of microstructure and tempering parameters on the strength and toughness of the steel under different quenching conditions were studied. The duplex microstructure of lower bainite / martensite obtained by double medium quenching has obvious strengthening and toughening effect. It can reduce the stress concentration, improve the toughness of materials and prevent the generation and propagation of microcracks. The mechanical properties of the steel show that the ductile valley occurs at about 400 鈩,
