【摘要】:對7075鋁合金進行了不同工藝下的T73雙級過時效處理,通過硬度、電導(dǎo)率和拉伸性能測試對比研究了雙級時效對合金力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著第二級時效時間的延長,合金硬度逐漸降低,電導(dǎo)率明顯增加。第一級溫度較低時,隨著第一級時效時間的延長,合金硬度有微量上升,電導(dǎo)率下降;而第一級溫度較高時,隨著第一級時效時間的延長,合金硬度有微量下降,電導(dǎo)率上升。最終獲得了7075合金最優(yōu)的T73雙級過時效工藝為107℃X6h+177℃X8h,其抗拉強度可達到500.5Mpa,屈服強度達到424Mpa,延伸率為12.75%。
[Abstract]:The effect of two-stage aging on mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy was studied by means of hardness, electrical conductivity and tensile properties. With the prolongation of the second stage aging time, the hardness of the alloy decreases gradually and the electrical conductivity increases obviously. When the first stage temperature is low, the hardness of the alloy increases slightly and the electrical conductivity decreases with the prolongation of the first stage aging time. However, when the first stage temperature is higher, the hardness of the alloy decreases slightly with the prolongation of the first stage aging time. Finally, the optimum T73 two-stage overaging process of 7075 alloy is 107 鈩,
