【摘要】：列舉了高錳鋼軋臼壁和破碎壁的失效實(shí)例,從化學(xué)成分、顯微組織、鑄造缺陷等方面分析了其失效的原因,提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,并從管理的角度指出必須強(qiáng)化質(zhì)量意識(shí)、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行生產(chǎn)工藝規(guī)范、加強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查控制,才能穩(wěn)定和提高圓錐生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the failure examples of the rolled and broken wall of high manganese steel are listed. The causes of the failure are analyzed from the aspects of chemical composition, microstructure and casting defects, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. From the point of view of management, it is pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the consciousness of quality, strictly carry out the standard of production process, and strengthen the inspection and control of production site in order to stabilize and improve the quality of cone production and prolong its service life.
