    前言：研究了過共晶,汽缸體鑄件經機械加工浸滲后,能順利通過1.38MPa鹵素氣體檢漏試驗,并且具有很強的抗磨、抗腐蝕性能,滿足了汽車空調壓縮機使用要求。適量的Zn元素存在,有利于細化B390合金顯微組織,減少汽缸體鑄件熱裂傾向。合適的有機硅白涂料能有效解決汽缸體鑄件表面腐蝕問題。
    The behavior and forming characteristic of squeeze casting hyper-eutectic Al-alloy were studied. The modification and squeeze casting process of hyper-eutectic Al-alloy compressor housing and the effect of chemical composition on microstructure and mechanical properties were analyzed It was found that, with higher squeeze pressure, local boosting pressure technique and proper die structure, the compressor housing can be capable of passing a 138 MPa halogen gas test with no leakage after machined and dipped....
