廢棄棉纖維、粘膠纖維和微晶纖維素水熱炭化制備炭微球的對比研究(英文)

選擇廢棄棉纖維和粘膠纖維兩種紡織纖維作為水熱炭化原料,并以微晶纖維素為模型底物進行對比,研究原料結(jié)構(gòu)對水熱炭化條件及產(chǎn)物的影響。結(jié)果表明,高結(jié)晶度的棉纖維(60.35%)和微晶纖維素(60.24%)制備炭微球的最佳條件分別是330℃,6 h,0.15%CuSO4和310℃,6 h,0.10%CuSO4,而低結(jié)晶度(34.31%)的粘膠纖維的最佳條件為260℃,8 h。結(jié)晶度越低,水熱炭化條件越溫和,而聚合度對其影響不顯著。采用SEM、XRD、FTIR、TG和EDS對炭化產(chǎn)物進行表征,結(jié)果表明,不同原料合成的炭微球具有類似的無定型結(jié)構(gòu)和豐富的官能團,但棉纖維和微晶纖維素合成的炭微球具有更高的碳含量和熱穩(wěn)定性,這可能是更高的水熱炭化溫度所致。因此,纖維素結(jié)晶度是影響其水熱炭化合成炭微球的重要因素。
