鈣鈦礦與層狀鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)微波介質(zhì)陶瓷

作為諧振器、濾波器、天線、波導(dǎo)等微波元件的關(guān)鍵材料,微波介質(zhì)陶瓷在移動通訊、衛(wèi)星通訊等微波通訊領(lǐng)域有著十分重要的應(yīng)用。特別是5G移動通信技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,對具有超高Q值和近零諧振頻率溫度系數(shù)的中介電常數(shù)微波介質(zhì)陶瓷提出了迫切的需求。本學(xué)位論文工作,系統(tǒng)研究了具有R-P結(jié)構(gòu)的(Sr1-xCax)2Ti04和 Sr2[Ti1x(A10.5Nb0.5)x]O4陶瓷以及具有鈣鈦礦結(jié)構(gòu)的CaTi1-x(Al0.5Nb0.5)x03陶瓷的結(jié)構(gòu)和微波介電性能,獲得如下結(jié)論:(1)使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)固相反應(yīng)法合成了(Sr1-xCax)2TiO4(0≤x≤0.15)陶瓷。在x=00.15組分范圍內(nèi)獲得了空間群I4/mmm的四方Ruddlesden-Popper(R-P)(Sr1-xCax)2TiO4固溶體,只在x≥0.10時檢測到少量Sr3Ti207第二相。在該陶瓷中,介電常數(shù)εr和諧振頻率溫度系數(shù)τ∫隨著x增加均先降低后增加,而品質(zhì)因子Qf初始時輕微下降而在x≥0.10快速下降。在x=0.075時獲得微波介電性能的最佳組合:εr=39.3,Qf=93,550 GHz,τ...
