800 MPa級螺旋箍筋約束RPC100圓柱軸心受壓性能試驗研究

1993年,法國Bouygues實驗室研制出了活性粉末混凝土(Reactive powder concrete,簡稱RPC)。RPC是由水泥、活性礦物摻合料、石英砂、高效減水劑以及水按一定比例攪拌后在一定養(yǎng)護條件下結(jié)硬的新型水泥基復合材料,它具有超高強度、超高韌性和優(yōu)異耐久性等優(yōu)點。RPC中不含粗骨料,不存在膠凝體與粗骨料之間的初始裂縫,使得RPC在受力之后,不存在由于膠凝體與骨料之間微裂縫的發(fā)展而引起橫向膨脹的問題。因此,在豎向荷載作用下,RPC的受力性能將呈現(xiàn)新特點,所以研究螺旋式箍筋對RPC的約束作用具有現(xiàn)實意義。本文以800 MPa級螺旋箍筋約束RPC100圓柱軸心受壓性能試驗研究為題,開展了以下幾個方面的工作:(1)通過試驗得到了所研究的RPC抗壓強度、峰值壓應變、彈性模量、泊松比等力學性能指標。同時,通過試驗得到了HRB600鋼筋的屈服強度、抗拉強度、屈服應變、最大力下的拉應變等力學性能指標以及800 MPa級中等強度預應力鋼絲的比例極限、名義屈服強度、抗拉強度、最大力下的拉應變等力學性能指標,以及獲得了HRB600鋼筋和PC800級中等強度預應力鋼絲的應力-應變關(guān)系曲線;...
