填料因子變化時(shí)散堆填料泛點(diǎn)氣速數(shù)值算法

【摘要】:泛點(diǎn)氣速是填料塔設(shè)計(jì)的重要參數(shù),Eckert關(guān)聯(lián)圖為目前工程上運(yùn)用較為廣泛的泛點(diǎn)氣速求取方法。文中基于散堆填料的Eckert關(guān)聯(lián)圖,在考慮泛點(diǎn)填料因子鐖f隨液體泛點(diǎn)噴淋密度Lf變化的條件下,提出了泛點(diǎn)氣速u(mài)f的數(shù)值算法;推導(dǎo)出泛點(diǎn)氣速u(mài)f的表達(dá)式為一個(gè)高度非線性化方程,并給出了該方程的2種求解方法。同時(shí)舉例計(jì)算了一個(gè)散堆填料的泛點(diǎn)氣速,并和著名的塔器流體力學(xué)計(jì)算軟件(WPTR)計(jì)算結(jié)果做了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:文中的計(jì)算結(jié)果和WPTR的結(jié)果完全吻合;所使用的方程求解方法 Aitken-Steffensen具有快速、穩(wěn)定的收斂性,可用于散堆填料的泛點(diǎn)氣速計(jì)算。
[Abstract]:Pan-point gas velocity is an important parameter in packed tower design. Eckert correlation diagram is a widely used method for calculating pan-point gas velocity in engineering at present. Based on the Eckert correlation diagram of bulk packing, a numerical algorithm of pan-point gas velocity uf is proposed under the condition of considering the variation of pan-point packing factor f with liquid pan-point spray density Lf, and the expression of pan-point gas velocity uf is derived as a highly nonlinear equation, and two methods for solving the equation are given. At the same time, the pan-point gas velocity of a bulk packing is calculated by an example, and the results are compared with those of the famous tower hydrodynamic calculation software (WPTR). The results show that the calculated results are in good agreement with those of WPTR, and the equation solving method Aitken-Steffensen has fast and stable convergence, which can be used to calculate the pan-point gas velocity of bulk packing.
