重質(zhì)煤瀝青制備中間相炭微球的研究

【摘要】:以溶劑萃取獲得的富含原生喹啉不溶物(PQI)的重質(zhì)煤瀝青為原料,通過(guò)熱聚法制備中間相炭微球(MCMB)。研究了聚合條件對(duì)MCMB的微觀形態(tài)、收率及β樹(shù)脂含量的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,包裹在MCMB表面的PQI微粒抑制了其長(zhǎng)大,在420℃反應(yīng)4~6 h制備出的MCMB球形度好、粒度小且均勻;MCMB收率隨反應(yīng)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)、聚合溫度的升高而增大,最高能達(dá)45%以上;其β樹(shù)脂含量隨反應(yīng)時(shí)間的增加而顯著減小,炭化后的MCMB表面由許多1μm左右的片狀顆粒堆砌而成,僅含C、O兩種元素。
