再生粗骨料預(yù)濕用水量對再生保溫混凝土抗壓強度的影響研究

【摘要】:對再生保溫混凝土(RATIC)用再生粗骨料(RCA)的吸水規(guī)律進行了試驗分析,提出適用RATIC的一種用水量計算方法。通過改變再生粗骨料的取代率和預(yù)濕用水量,研究不同取代率下不同預(yù)濕用水量的再生粗骨料對再生保溫混凝土抗壓強度的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:再生保溫混凝土再生粗骨料取代率為30%、50%時,抗壓強度隨著再生粗骨料預(yù)濕用水量的增加而降低;當(dāng)再生粗骨料取代率為70%、100%時,抗壓強度隨著再生粗骨料預(yù)濕用水量的增加而提高。研究表明這種再生保溫混凝土用水量計算方法可用于再生保溫混凝土配合比設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:The water absorption rule of recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) for recycled thermal insulation concrete (RATIC) was analyzed experimentally and a calculation method of water consumption suitable for RATIC was put forward. The influence of recycled coarse aggregate with different prewetting water consumption on the compressive strength of recycled thermal insulation concrete was studied by changing the replacement rate and prewetting water consumption of recycled coarse aggregate. The results show that when the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 30% and 50%, the compressive strength decreases with the increase of pre-wet water consumption of recycled coarse aggregate. When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 70% and 100%, the compressive strength increases with the increase of pre-wet water consumption of recycled coarse aggregate. The research shows that this method can be used to design the mix ratio of recycled insulation concrete.
