燒結(jié)制度及造孔劑用量對(duì)粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷膜支撐體性能的影響

【摘要】:以粉煤灰為原料,采用擠壓成型和固態(tài)粒子燒結(jié)法制備管狀粉煤灰基多孔陶瓷膜支撐體。采用TG-DSC技術(shù)對(duì)粉煤灰進(jìn)行了熱分析,采用SEM和XRD技術(shù)對(duì)樣品的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)及物相組成進(jìn)行了分析,并測(cè)定了樣品的開孔率、抗壓強(qiáng)度及空氣滲透速率等性能指標(biāo)。研究了燒結(jié)溫度、保溫時(shí)間和造孔劑添加量對(duì)支撐體性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:支撐體晶相組成主要為赤鐵礦、紅柱石和石英;燒結(jié)溫度為1000℃,保溫2 h,僅添加1%的粘結(jié)劑,不添加造孔劑的條件下制備出的管狀支撐體綜合性能最優(yōu),此時(shí)的支撐體孔隙率為44.95%,抗壓強(qiáng)度為8.92 MPa,空氣滲透速率為2.57×10~4m~3·h~(-1)·m~(-2)·MPa~(-1)。
[Abstract]:Tubular fly ash based porous ceramic membrane support was prepared by extrusion molding and solid particle sintering with fly ash as raw material. The thermal analysis of fly ash was carried out by TG-DSC technology, the microstructure and phase composition of the sample were analyzed by SEM and XRD techniques, and the performance indexes such as porosity, compressive strength and air permeability rate of the sample were measured. The effects of sintering temperature, holding time and the amount of pore-forming agent on the properties of support were studied.
