管道式水力葉輪的設(shè)計(jì)與性能分析

【摘要】:為研制出一種由管道式水力葉輪驅(qū)動(dòng)運(yùn)行的新型自清洗過濾器,文中基于翼型升力法來設(shè)計(jì)管道式水力葉輪,運(yùn)用Solidworks完成了葉輪的三維建模,將模型導(dǎo)入到Star-CD中建立流體計(jì)算域并進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,借助DFBI旋轉(zhuǎn)模型分析葉輪在水壓作用下的動(dòng)力性能.結(jié)果顯示葉輪表面壓力分布均勻,表面速度分布合理,葉輪的動(dòng)力性滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求.
[Abstract]:In order to develop a new self-cleaning filter driven by tubular hydraulic impeller, this paper designs the tubular hydraulic impeller based on airfoil lift method, and uses Solidworks to complete the three-dimensional modeling of impeller. The model was imported into Star-CD to establish the computational domain of fluid and to mesh, and the dynamic performance of impeller under water pressure was analyzed with the help of DFBI rotation model. The results show that the impeller surface pressure distribution is uniform, the surface velocity distribution is reasonable, and the impeller's dynamic performance meets the design requirements.
