陽(yáng)極配方干料粒度分布檢測(cè)及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文介紹了干料配方粒度分布目標(biāo)曲線(xiàn),介紹了對(duì)干料配方進(jìn)行多粒級(jí)檢驗(yàn)的方法。指出,針對(duì)陽(yáng)極生產(chǎn)干料配比粒度分布不穩(wěn)定的情況,要定期進(jìn)行干料配方的多粒級(jí)檢驗(yàn),及時(shí)修正配比、調(diào)整原料和工藝參數(shù),才能保證配料的穩(wěn)定性,保持陽(yáng)極質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)定和提高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the particle size distribution target curve of dry formula is introduced, and the method of multi-grain level inspection of dry feed formula is introduced. It is pointed out that in view of the unstable particle size distribution of dry materials in anodic production, the stability of the ingredients should be guaranteed only by the regular multi-particle level inspection of the dry feed formula, the timely modification of the mixture ratio and the adjustment of the raw material and technological parameters. Maintain the stability and improvement of anode quality.
