鉻精礦細(xì)粉添加量對銅冶煉爐用鋁鉻材料性能的影響

【摘要】:為了充分利用鋁鉻渣資源,并提高銅冶煉爐用鋁鉻材料的性能,以鋁鉻渣制備的鉻剛玉、鉻精礦細(xì)粉、部分穩(wěn)定氧化鋯微粉、Cr_2O_3粉和α-Al_2O_3微粉為主要原料,以磷酸二氫鋁為結(jié)合劑,研究了鉻精礦細(xì)粉添加量(加入質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為10%、15%、20%、25%和29%)對試樣經(jīng)1 600℃保溫3 h燒后的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)、物相組成、常溫性能及抗渣性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著鉻精礦細(xì)粉加入量的增加,試樣的致密度增大,常溫力學(xué)性能呈現(xiàn)先增加后降低的趨勢;鉻精礦的加入增加了試樣中的鉻含量,從而提高了鋁鉻固溶體的含量,在爐襯和熔渣接觸面上生成的高熔點鐵鉻尖晶石或鐵鋁尖晶石,黏附在爐襯上形成保護(hù)層,提高鉻剛玉磚的抗渣性能。加入25%(w)鉻精礦時,試樣的綜合性能最佳。
