基于乙醇-己烷共沸物提取回收鉛膏脫硫母液中硫酸鈉

【摘要】:采用乙酸鈉對(duì)鉛膏進(jìn)行預(yù)脫硫處理,通過加入適量乙醇-己烷共沸物提取乙酸鈉鉛膏脫硫母液中的硫酸鈉。優(yōu)化了乙醇-己烷添加量、溶液初始濃度、結(jié)晶溫度、結(jié)晶時(shí)間等反應(yīng)條件對(duì)硫酸鈉回收率及純度的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,乙醇的添加可促進(jìn)鉛膏脫硫母液中硫酸鈉的結(jié)晶析出;回收硫酸鈉及乙醇的最佳工藝條件為:溫度18~22℃,V(己烷)∶V(乙醇)=3∶1(此時(shí)的共沸溫度為59℃左右),雙組分添加量與母液體積比為0.5,結(jié)晶時(shí)間為5 h,母液中硫酸鈉濃度為0.14 g/mL,乙酸鈉濃度為0.3 g/mL;在該條件下的硫酸鈉平均析出率為93.24%,純度為98.23%;己烷的添加會(huì)少量減少硫酸鈉的析出率,但對(duì)硫酸鈉的純度影響很小。
[Abstract]:Lead paste was predesulfurized with sodium acetate and sodium sulfate was extracted by adding proper amount of ethanol-hexane azeotrope. The effects of reaction conditions, such as the amount of ethanol-hexane, initial concentration of solution, crystallization temperature and crystallization time, on the recovery and purity of sodium sulfate were optimized. The experimental results show that the addition of ethanol can promote the crystallization of sodium sulfate in lead paste desulphurization mother liquor.
