水泥篦冷機混雜建模與仿真研究

【摘要】:水泥生產(chǎn)過程一般以連續(xù)動態(tài)系統(tǒng)為主,實際上,同樣具有很大的離散特性,對于篦冷機系統(tǒng)的連續(xù)過程也極易出現(xiàn)造成系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性差的突變工況,因此,為了使篦冷機能夠達到最優(yōu)運行狀態(tài),需要將具有離散性質(zhì)的篦冷機突變工況與篦冷機的連續(xù)動態(tài)特性結(jié)合起來,組成具有混雜特性的動態(tài)系統(tǒng)。本文從國內(nèi)篦冷機的建模研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),針對水泥企業(yè)的篦冷機冷卻環(huán)節(jié)工況復雜多變,測控點少,本身還具有非線性、大滯后和時變等不利特性,結(jié)合混雜邏輯動態(tài)(Mixed Logical Dynamical)模型建模理論,將混雜系統(tǒng)的連續(xù)動態(tài)、離散動態(tài)以及他們之間的邏輯關(guān)系相結(jié)合,進行統(tǒng)一分析研究,建立了篦冷機的混雜結(jié)構(gòu)模型,主要研究成果有:(1)根據(jù)篦冷機建模研究現(xiàn)狀以及混雜建模方法發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以實際水泥企業(yè)為載體,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際操作經(jīng)驗,獲取現(xiàn)場實際數(shù)據(jù),提取了篦冷機關(guān)鍵建模參數(shù),建立了基于MLD建模理論的篦冷機混雜結(jié)構(gòu)模型。(2)應(yīng)用模糊聚類算法獲取篦冷機混雜結(jié)構(gòu)模型的狀態(tài)工作點,并以此為依據(jù)建立混雜結(jié)構(gòu)模型的離散模型和連續(xù)變量動態(tài)模型。(3)建立了篦冷機的六個單輸入單輸出連續(xù)變量動態(tài)模型和四個雙輸入單輸出連續(xù)變量動態(tài)模型,并分別進行了模型校驗,達到了較好的仿真效果。
[Abstract]:Cement production process is generally continuous dynamic system, in fact, it also has a large discrete characteristics, for the continuous process of grate cooler system, it is easy to cause sudden change of system stability, so, In order to make the grate cooler achieve the optimal operating state, it is necessary to combine the abrupt condition of the grate cooler with the continuous dynamic characteristics of the grate cooler with discrete properties to form a dynamic system with hybrid characteristics. Based on the present situation of the modeling of grate cooler in China, this paper aims at the disadvantages of complex and changeable working conditions, less measuring and control points, nonlinear, large lag and time-varying characteristics of grate cooler in cement enterprises. Based on the hybrid logic dynamic (Mixed Logical Dynamical) model modeling theory, the hybrid structure model of grate cooler is established by combining the continuous dynamic, discrete dynamics and the logic relations between them. The main research results are as follows: (1) according to the research status of grate cooler modeling and the development status of hybrid modeling method, taking the actual cement enterprise as the carrier, combined with the field practical operation experience, to obtain the field actual data, The key modeling parameters of grate cooler are extracted, and the hybrid structure model of grate cooler based on MLD modeling theory is established. (2) the working point of hybrid structure model of grate cooler is obtained by using fuzzy clustering algorithm. Based on this, the discrete model and continuous variable dynamic model of hybrid structure model are established. (3) six single input single output continuous variable dynamic models and four double input single output continuous variable dynamic models of grate cooler are established. The model verification is carried out, and the simulation results are good.
