內(nèi)熱式熱解爐節(jié)能環(huán)保升級(jí)改造研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:工業(yè)化應(yīng)用最為成熟的煤炭熱解技術(shù)為內(nèi)熱式熱解技術(shù)。目前內(nèi)熱式熱解爐工業(yè)化裝置規(guī)模最大,總裝置規(guī)模已超過(guò)2億t(以入爐煤量計(jì)),該技術(shù)存在著控制技術(shù)落后、煤氣質(zhì)量差、能量綜合利用低和環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重等問(wèn)題。文中分析了目前內(nèi)熱式熱解爐的技術(shù)進(jìn)展和存在的問(wèn)題,從技術(shù)提升、能源節(jié)約、環(huán)境保護(hù)等角度提出了采用小粒煤技術(shù)、載氣溫度自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)、混熱式熱解技術(shù)、干熄焦技術(shù)和污水預(yù)處理技術(shù)等一整套升級(jí)改造方案,在滿(mǎn)足節(jié)能環(huán)保要求的同時(shí),推動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)熱式熱解技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:The most mature coal pyrolysis technology used in industry is internal pyrolysis technology. At present, the industrial scale of the internal thermal pyrolysis furnace is the largest, and the total scale of the unit has exceeded 200 million tons (measured by coal quantity into the furnace). There are some problems in this technology, such as backward control technology, poor gas quality, low comprehensive utilization of energy and serious environmental pollution, etc. In this paper, the technical progress and existing problems of internal thermal pyrolysis furnace are analyzed. From the point of view of technology upgrading, energy saving, environmental protection and so on, the technology of small particle coal, automatic control of carrier gas temperature, and heat mixing pyrolysis technology are put forward. A whole set of upgrading schemes, such as coke quenching technology and sewage pretreatment technology, can meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, and promote the technical upgrading of internal thermal pyrolysis technology industry at the same time.
