混凝土多孔磚墻體結(jié)構(gòu)檢測及非線性有限元數(shù)值模擬
[Abstract]:As a new type of block material, concrete porous brick has many advantages, such as high strength, light weight and environmental protection. It is more and more used in the bearing wall of masonry structure. As we all know, the wall crack of masonry structure is an inevitable problem, this problem has been puzzling the vast number of researchers. In this respect, the research on the wall cracks of traditional masonry structure has been relatively mature, and the research on the wall with concrete porous brick, a new type of block material, is still relatively in the exploratory stage. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the cracking problem of concrete porous brick wall under static load by using ANSYS software. This paper first introduces the research situation of masonry structure crack at home and abroad, and the literature about finite element simulation, and draws lessons from the experience of numerical simulation. This paper describes the types and causes of cracks in masonry structures, including the causes of cracks caused by loads. Secondly, a multi-story masonry structure with concrete porous brick wall is tested on the spot, and the first-hand test data are obtained. The concrete porous brick wall is a non-reinforced structure with partial oblique cracks. The strength of porous brick and masonry mortar is tested by rebound method. It is found that the strength of masonry mortar of this wall is extremely low and basically no strength. The initial analysis of cracks in the wall is closely related to this. Finally, the finite element numerical simulation of the concrete porous brick wall with cracks is carried out, and the influence of mortar strength and block strength on the cracking load of the wall is simulated. Through the analysis of simulation results, it is concluded that too low strength of masonry mortar can easily lead to wall cracking, and the influence of the strength of porous brick on wall cracking is more obvious. We can enhance the quality of modern masonry structure by improving the strength of masonry block.
