【摘要】：利用Aspen Plus模擬軟件對丙烷-異丁烷分離過程中的精餾塔進(jìn)行研究,在設(shè)計規(guī)定下得到分離所需的理論板數(shù)、最佳進(jìn)料位置、回流比和靈敏板等最優(yōu)參數(shù)。通過Aspen Dynamics考察了進(jìn)料變化對精餾塔塔頂壓力、靈敏板溫度、塔釜和回流罐液位變化以及塔頂和塔底產(chǎn)品采出量的影響,模擬結(jié)果對控制方案的選擇和實際生產(chǎn)均具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The distillation column in the separation process of propane and isobutane was studied by using Aspen Plus simulation software. The optimal parameters such as the number of theoretical plates, the optimal feed position, the reflux ratio and the sensitive plate were obtained by design. The effects of feed on the top pressure of distillation tower, sensitive plate temperature, liquid level change of tower and reflux tank, and the yield of tower top and bottom product were investigated by Aspen Dynamics. The simulation results are of great significance to the selection of control scheme and practical production.
