對(duì)位芳香族聚酰胺多孔膜制備及性能研究

【摘要】:以濃硫酸為溶劑,以聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)為致孔劑,以二氧化硅(SiO2)無(wú)機(jī)粒子為添加劑,采用溶液相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備了聚對(duì)苯二甲酰對(duì)苯二胺(PPTA)多孔平板膜,考察了膜的純水通量、孔隙率、力學(xué)性能、熱穩(wěn)定性等性能,并用場(chǎng)發(fā)射電子掃描顯微鏡(FESEM)觀察了膜表面形貌.結(jié)果表明:所得PPTA多孔膜為具有不對(duì)稱結(jié)構(gòu)的非均質(zhì)膜,隨著無(wú)機(jī)粒子SiO2含量提高、致孔劑混合、凝固浴溫度的增加,膜滲透性能增大;膜力學(xué)性能隨SiO2含量提高而提高,最大斷裂強(qiáng)度可達(dá)1.5 MPa,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率由7%增大到14%左右;而熱穩(wěn)定性隨SiO2含量提高無(wú)明顯變化,熱分解溫度均可達(dá)400℃以上.
[Abstract]:Using concentrated sulfuric acid as solvent, polyethylene glycol (PEG), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as pore-forming agent, silicon dioxide (SiO2) inorganic particle as additive, Poly (terephthalyl p-phenylenediamine) (PPTA) porous flat membrane was prepared by solution phase inversion method. The pure water flux, porosity, mechanical properties and thermal stability of the membrane were investigated. The surface morphology of the film was observed by field emission electron scanning microscope (FESEM). The results show that the PPTA porous membrane is a heterogeneous membrane with asymmetric structure. With the increase of SiO2 content of inorganic particles, the mixing of pore-forming agent and the increase of coagulation bath temperature, the permeability of the membrane increases. The mechanical properties of the membrane increased with the increase of SiO2 content, and the maximum breaking strength of the membrane increased from 7% to 14%, but the thermal stability did not change with the increase of SiO2 content, and the thermal decomposition temperature was above 400 鈩,
