【摘要】：我們國(guó)家黨和政府非常重視兩化融合工作，從十五大提出的“大力推進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)信息化”，到十六大的“以信息化帶動(dòng)工業(yè)化，以工業(yè)化促進(jìn)信息化”，再到十七大“工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、市場(chǎng)化、國(guó)際化”的“五化并舉”和“信息化與工業(yè)化”兩化融合，到現(xiàn)在十八大“繼續(xù)推進(jìn)信息化和工業(yè)化深度融合”，體現(xiàn)了我黨一直將推進(jìn)信息化與工業(yè)化融合，作為一項(xiàng)重要工作。 冀東水泥東北大區(qū)下轄的冀東水泥吉林有限責(zé)任公司，其前身是一個(gè)偽滿時(shí)期建立的老廠，在被冀東水泥并購(gòu)后，通過(guò)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)裝備、生產(chǎn)工藝的升級(jí)改造，結(jié)合企業(yè)管理信息化系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施，優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程和組織結(jié)構(gòu)，使企業(yè)自身的生產(chǎn)、物資供應(yīng)、產(chǎn)成品銷協(xié)作能力得到加強(qiáng)，提高企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化的應(yīng)變能力，獲得科學(xué)決策的方式和方法。通過(guò)兩化融合把一個(gè)國(guó)有老工業(yè)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化成一個(gè)符合新型工業(yè)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的企業(yè)，在水泥行業(yè)兩化融合建設(shè)方面具有典型的代表意義。 冀東水泥東北大區(qū)一直在高速發(fā)展，由最初的一家單體企業(yè)，通過(guò)技術(shù)改造、資產(chǎn)重組、投資新建發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的橫跨東北三省的由八家企業(yè)組成的東北大區(qū)。 八個(gè)公司整合后成立的冀東水泥東北大區(qū)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了整合八個(gè)公司的資源，提高區(qū)域市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力，使冀東水泥在吉林省、黑龍江省、遼寧省水泥市場(chǎng)上有更大的空間，更好地為振興東北老工業(yè)基地服務(wù)。 本文以對(duì)冀東水泥東北大區(qū)兩化融合研究為課題，以實(shí)踐為主、理論為輔，，結(jié)合國(guó)家兩化融合政策，通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)兩化融合過(guò)程的研究，論證了兩化融合可以有效促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn)；通過(guò)分析汽運(yùn)管理模塊拓展成為智能發(fā)運(yùn)系統(tǒng)案例的分析，論證了必須堅(jiān)持將業(yè)務(wù)流程與管理機(jī)制上的兩化融合相結(jié)合，不僅要做到應(yīng)用規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化，還要與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、持續(xù)創(chuàng)新，才能適應(yīng)企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:Our national party and government attach great importance to the integration of the two systems, from the "vigorously promoting national economic and social informatization" proposed by the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, "promoting industrialization through informationization and promoting informatization by industrialization." To the 17th National Congress of the "industrialization, informationization, urbanization, marketization, internationalization" of the "five simultaneous development" and "information and industrialization" of the two fusion, now the 18th National Congress "continue to promote the integration of information and industrialization," Reflected that our party has been promoting the integration of information and industrialization, as an important work. Jidong cement Jilin Co., Ltd, which is under the jurisdiction of Jidong cement Northeast region, its predecessor was an old factory established during the pseudo-Manchu period. After being acquired by Jidong cement, it was upgraded through production technology equipment and production technology. In combination with the implementation of the enterprise management information system, the business process and organizational structure can be optimized so that the cooperation ability of the enterprise itself in production, material supply, finished product and marketing can be strengthened, and the ability of the enterprise to adapt to the changes in the market can be improved. To obtain ways and means of scientific decision-making. It is of typical significance to transform an old state-owned industrial enterprise into an enterprise that meets the new industrialization standard through the integration of the two industries, which is of typical significance in the construction of the fusion of the two industries in the cement industry. Jidong cement Northeast region has been developing at a high speed, from an initial single enterprise, through technical transformation, asset restructuring, investment and new development to the northeast region, which is composed of eight enterprises across the three northeastern provinces now. The northeast region of Jidong cement, which was established after the integration of eight companies, realized the integration of the resources of the eight companies, improved the regional market competitiveness, and gave Jidong cement more space in the cement markets of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Liaoning provinces. Better serve for revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China. In this paper, based on the research on the integration of the two processes in Jidong cement Northeast region, with practice as the main task and theory as the auxiliary, and in combination with the national policy of the integration of the two processes, the paper studies the process of the integration of the two types of enterprises. The viewpoint that the integration of the two processes can effectively promote the development of enterprises is demonstrated. Based on the analysis of the expansion of the auto transport management module into an intelligent transportation system case, it is demonstrated that the integration of business process and management mechanism must be adhered to, not only to achieve standardization of application norms, but also to keep pace with the times. Sustainable innovation, can meet the needs of the continuous development of enterprises.
