【摘要】：建立了卷對(duì)卷高速電鍍半光亮鎳添加劑的鍍液性能、效率性能、鍍層性能、鍍液成本、環(huán)保性能的實(shí)驗(yàn)室技術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目。介紹了各自的試驗(yàn)方法,并利用該法對(duì)4種半光亮鎳添加劑的綜合性能進(jìn)行了量化評(píng)價(jià),為電鍍生產(chǎn)企業(yè)選用性能優(yōu)異的鍍鎳添加劑提供參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the laboratory evaluation items of bath performance, efficiency performance, coating performance, bath cost and environmental protection performance of high speed nickel additive electroplating with coiling coil are established. The test methods are introduced, and the comprehensive properties of four kinds of semi-bright nickel additives are quantitatively evaluated by this method, which provides a reference for electroplating enterprises to select nickel plating additives with excellent performance.
