【摘要】：以刀具磨損體積與材料去除量之比作為刀具體磨損率,并以此作為刀具利用率的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),與傳統(tǒng)的刀具磨損曲線對(duì)比,證明了用刀具體磨損率評(píng)價(jià)刀具磨損情況的可行性;通過(guò)車削二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷,研究了切削速度、進(jìn)給量和切削深度對(duì)刀具體磨損率的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著切削速度增加,刀具體磨損率先降低后升高;隨著進(jìn)給量增加,刀具體磨損率降低;隨著切削深度增加,刀具體磨損率先上升后降低。同時(shí),結(jié)合刀具磨損形貌和材料崩碎情況,分析了刀具磨損機(jī)理。
[Abstract]:The ratio of tool wear volume to material removal is taken as tool wear rate, and the tool utilization ratio is used as evaluation index. Compared with the traditional tool wear curve, the feasibility of tool wear evaluation by tool wear rate is proved. The effects of cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth on the wear rate of the tool were studied by turning lithium disilicate glass ceramics. The results show that with the increase of cutting speed, the specific wear of the cutter decreases first and then increases; with the increase of feed rate, the specific wear rate of the cutter decreases; and with the increase of cutting depth, the specific wear of the tool increases first and then decreases. At the same time, the tool wear mechanism was analyzed according to the tool wear morphology and material breakage.
