【摘要】：以H_2SO_4、(NH_4)_2SO_4為焙燒助劑對(duì)粉煤灰進(jìn)行焙燒-水浸處理,提取粉煤灰中Al組分,其剩余的殘?jiān)鳛橐环N二次廢棄物保留了大量的非晶態(tài)SiO_2組元,以提取鋁組分后富含非晶態(tài)SiO_2的殘?jiān)鼮樵?首先在Ca、Si摩爾比為0.5、0.67、0.83、1.00、1.16條件下調(diào)配CaO Al_2O_3 SiO_2 H_2O體系凝膠,在探索最佳水熱條件制備出鋁代托貝莫來石的同時(shí)深入研究其形成機(jī)制,并對(duì)合成的系列1.1 nm鋁代托貝莫來石粉體進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明:在水熱反應(yīng)環(huán)境(180℃,24 h)下,凝膠不斷晶化,隨著體系溫度升高至240℃,在形成的莫來石晶體結(jié)構(gòu)當(dāng)中發(fā)生了Al對(duì)Si的同型取代,伴隨著反應(yīng)溫度繼續(xù)升高,1.1 nm鋁代托貝莫來石可進(jìn)一步轉(zhuǎn)化為加藤石。
[Abstract]:H2SO4, (NH_4) _ 2SO_4 was used as roasting assistant to treat fly ash with roasting and water leaching, and the remaining residue of Al was extracted from fly ash. As a kind of secondary waste, a large number of amorphous SiO_2 components were retained. Using the residue rich in amorphous SiO_2 after the extraction of aluminum components as raw material, the CaO Al_2O_3 SiO_2 H2O system gels were prepared under the condition of Ca,Si molar ratio of 0.5 ~ 0.67 ~ 0.87 ~ 0.83 ~ 1.00 ~ (-1. 16) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1), respectively.
