自增韌建筑石膏基制品的制備

【摘要】:在建筑石膏中加入鎳渣、微量煤矸石和生石灰,研究了養(yǎng)護方式和水泥對自增韌建筑石膏基制品強度和抗沖擊性能的影響,通過X射線衍射和掃描電鏡分析了增韌機理。結(jié)果表明:濕熱養(yǎng)護方式下加入水泥能大幅度提升制品的韌性,標養(yǎng)28 d后在95℃下濕熱養(yǎng)護3 h,摻入15%P·O42.5,自增韌建筑石膏基制品的抗折強度可達到4.05 MPa,抗沖擊性能達到10.13 k J/m~2,性能優(yōu)于普通增韌制品。XRD和SEM表明制品中生成了大量針狀鈣礬石相、絮狀凝膠,這些物質(zhì)或交叉生長,或填充孔洞,提高了制品的韌性。
[Abstract]:The effects of curing mode and cement on the strength and impact resistance of self-toughening building gypsum base products were studied by adding nickel slag, coal gangue and quicklime into the building gypsum. The toughening mechanism was analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the toughness of the products can be greatly improved by adding cement in the wet and thermal curing mode. The flexural strength of the self-toughening gypsum based products can reach 4.05 MPa, after 28 days of standard curing at 95 鈩,
