侵蝕溫度和煤渣脫碳對高鉻材料抗侵蝕性的影響

【摘要】:為了研究侵蝕溫度和煤渣脫碳對水煤漿氣化爐用高鉻材料抗侵蝕性的影響,取含碳和脫碳兩種煤渣,采用靜態(tài)坩堝法,在埋炭氣氛中分別于1 450和1 600℃保溫5 h對高鉻材料進行侵蝕試驗,檢測試驗后高鉻材料的侵蝕滲透深度、脫鋯層厚度,以及原磚層的氣孔率和孔徑分布情況,并分析了試驗條件下熔渣系統(tǒng)的氧勢。結(jié)果表明:1)隨著侵蝕溫度的升高,侵蝕后坩堝渣-堝界面坩堝側(cè)表面的尖晶石層變薄,坩堝原磚層中氣孔增多,孔徑增大,抗煤渣侵蝕性下降。2)含碳煤渣對高鉻材料的侵蝕較強,侵蝕后殘渣中有金屬相;脫碳煤渣對高鉻材料的侵蝕較弱,侵蝕后殘渣中沒有出現(xiàn)金屬相。3)經(jīng)熱力學(xué)分析,當(dāng)采用脫碳煤渣時,試驗過程中熔渣內(nèi)部的氧勢在10~(-9.25)MPa以上;當(dāng)采用含碳煤渣時,熔渣內(nèi)部的氧勢為10~(-13)~10~(-15)MPa。
