硅酸鋯粉體破碎加工工藝及其數(shù)值優(yōu)化

【摘要】:硅酸鋯作為陶瓷釉料的乳濁劑廣泛應(yīng)用于各種陶瓷生產(chǎn)行業(yè),是目前陶瓷生產(chǎn)中無(wú)可替代的一種陶瓷釉用原料。隨著陶瓷行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,硅酸鋯產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量要求也越來(lái)越高。本課題基于已有的工藝參數(shù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)硅酸鋯破碎工藝參數(shù)包括球料比、磨機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、球磨時(shí)間以及助磨劑等進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,以提高硅酸鋯粉體的破碎效率,從而降低能耗,節(jié)約成本。同時(shí)針對(duì)硅酸鋯破碎過程引入了磨礦動(dòng)力學(xué)方程,為超細(xì)硅酸鋯生產(chǎn)的磨礦條件的優(yōu)化提供了理論指導(dǎo)。通過在600×520球磨機(jī)中進(jìn)行硅酸鋯濕法球磨,選取球料比、磨機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速、球磨時(shí)間作為研究的目標(biāo)因素進(jìn)行正交實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得了該球磨機(jī)的最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)為:球料比為5:1,磨機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速48rpm,達(dá)到粉碎平衡的時(shí)間為22h。這可以在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,為磨機(jī)工藝參數(shù)的選取提供參考。通過對(duì)多種助磨劑進(jìn)行單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,確定了六偏磷酸鈉、檸檬酸、三乙醇胺、乙二醇這4種不同類型的有效助磨劑。綜合考慮電耗量與中位粒徑值,確定四種助磨劑的最優(yōu)摻量分別為乙二醇2‰,三乙醇胺1‰,檸檬酸2‰,六偏磷酸鈉1‰。當(dāng)粉體中位粒徑達(dá)到2μm時(shí),與未添加助磨劑的磨礦效果相比,添加助磨劑乙二醇的研磨時(shí)間縮短了37.7%,三乙醇胺縮短了17.8%,檸檬酸縮短了5%,六偏磷酸鈉縮短了2%。在粗磨段加入相應(yīng)量的有效助磨劑可以明顯提高球磨效率,這可以為濕法球磨超細(xì)硅酸鋯分段磨提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。同時(shí),將磨礦動(dòng)力學(xué)方程引入到硅酸鋯粉體球磨中,無(wú)論是否添加助磨劑最終均可以推導(dǎo)出硅酸鋯的磨礦方程為:φ=φ_0?e~((-k)?t~m),并確定了在不同磨礦條件下k與m的值,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)該方程的理論結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明該動(dòng)力學(xué)方程能夠很好的與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果相吻合。該動(dòng)力學(xué)方程可以彌補(bǔ)研究硅酸鋯粉體破碎的實(shí)驗(yàn)缺陷并且為超細(xì)硅酸鋯生產(chǎn)磨礦條件的優(yōu)化提供理論指導(dǎo)。通過對(duì)600×520球磨機(jī)的工藝參數(shù)探討的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),建立了球磨時(shí)間、球料比以及磨機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速等工藝參數(shù)與硅酸鋯粉體中位粒徑值的關(guān)系模型,并確定了各因素對(duì)中位粒徑值的影響重要程度為:球磨時(shí)間球料比磨機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速。同時(shí)還建立了粉體粒徑達(dá)到目標(biāo)值2μm時(shí)磨礦效率的回歸模型,在理論上確定了最優(yōu)的球料比和磨機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速值,使得電耗量最低,從而降低生產(chǎn)成本。
[Abstract]:Zirconium silicate (Zirconium silicate), as an opacifying agent of ceramic glaze, is widely used in various ceramic industries and is an irreplaceable raw material for ceramic glaze. With the development of ceramic industry, the quality requirement of zirconium silicate products is higher and higher. Based on the existing research on the process parameters, the technological parameters of zirconium silicate crushing, including ball material ratio, mill speed, milling time and grinding aids, are optimized in order to improve the crushing efficiency of zirconium silicate powder and reduce energy consumption. Save costs. At the same time, the grinding kinetics equation is introduced for the process of zirconium silicate crushing, which provides theoretical guidance for the optimization of grinding conditions of ultrafine zirconium silicate production. In this paper, zirconium silicate wet ball mill is carried out in 600 脳 520 ball mill.
